Yes. Managers plan shifts on a grid that shows everyone’s leave, then publish the week, and staff get their shifts by email and in the app. Each shift is checked against leave, sickness, weekly caps and rest. Set your staffing needs and Auto-fill drafts the week for you, and you can post open shifts for anyone who could take them. You can send the week to staff to check before it’s final, and anyone planned over their hours can be recorded as overtime when you publish. It works in hours, not wages, because RotaTiger isn’t a payroll system. The Rota page on this site walks through all of it.
Apps for iPhone and Android are coming soon. Staff will check their balance, book time off in three taps and report sickness in one, and line managers will approve from the same app. In the meantime, RotaTiger works in any phone’s browser.

Yes. Export your data from Timetastic and upload the zip. Your people, departments, yearly allowances, brought-forward days and every booking come across, and afterwards you see each leave year’s balance next to Timetastic’s. Importing the same file twice doesn’t duplicate anything.
Not if you make them dormant. They can’t sign in and aren’t charged, and you can re-enable them after 7 days. After six months dormant they’re archived.
It keeps the time side: every request, refusal and carry-over, overtime claims, and 12.07% accrual for irregular hours. HR can download a six-year holiday records pack and a payroll export with each person's 52-week overtime average. RotaTiger doesn't run payroll, so your payroll provider works out the pay from those hours. Our blog explains the Fair Work Agency changes coming in 2027.
